and enclosures relative to the proposed improvement

of the Water Supply at Hong Kong, I enclose a copy

of the correspondence which you require.

In reply to your second paragraph,

Mr.Spiller will be available to discuss the scheme with

Sir Cecil Clementi and if necessary we have no doubt

that we can arrange for the attendance of Mr. William

Fairley, M.I.C.E., who acted as our Consulting Engineer

in connection with the project.
